First-Time User: How Do I Set Up an Account?
1.Create Your Account – (Click Here) to sign up and enter your information.
2.Place Your First Order – Once your account is set up, you can choose to:
•Order a Sensor for a professional installation.
•Order Salt + Sensor for salt and sensor installation.
3.Schedule Sensor Installation – If you purchase a sensor, a Water Science technician will contact you to schedule the installation.
How much does salt delivery cost?
Our salt delivery service starts at $12 per bag, with options for:
- Basic delivery (salt left at your door)
- Premium service (direct-to-tank filling) +$1.50
Do you require a long-term contract?
No, you will receive a text message every time your salt levels are low and you will be given the option to order more salt
What areas do you service?
We currently service all of Summit and Wasatch County in Utah.
What type of salt do you deliver?
Our standard delivery includes salt pellets. Fill out the form below if you’re interested in potassium salt and we’ll reach out to you.
How does the sensor system work?
Our smart sensors monitor your salt levels 24/7 and automatically notify us when levels are low. This ensures you never run out of salt while preventing unnecessary deliveries.
