Installation Technician

This job does require some plumbing experience. You don’t need to be professionally trained, but it is a plus. People that are capable and eager to learn will be able to achieve our standard of excellence in this role. This job will be responsible for performing all installations of water softener systems and other water purification equipment, such as our high-end reverse osmosis water filters.

Since this role requires entering private residences, we demand that candidates work with 100% integrity and a mind set to serve and make customers happy. Physically you will need to be prepared to carry 50lb bags of salt, water softener tanks that may weigh up to 100lbs, and other tools/equipment without a problem and regardless of steep terrain or stairs.

Job responsibilities consist of:

• Provide service by installing, fixing, and maintaining water treatment systems
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and all those you interact with
• Maintaining company vehicles, tools, and equipment
• Document and improve checklists and processes used by other technicians
• Cooperate with the technician team and share information across the organization

You will be driving a company branded vehicle, so responsible drivers with a clean driving record is a must. In-county employees will be permitted to drive company vehicles to and from work, but personal use of company vehicles is strictly prohibited.

Service Technician

This job will be responsible for performing all routine maintenance on water softener systems and other water purification equipment, such as our high-end reverse osmosis water filters.

As part of the role, you will be entering private residences. As such we demand that candidates work with 100% integrity and a mind set to serve and meet customer satisfaction. Physically you will need to be prepared to carry 50lb bags of salt and other tools/equipment without a problem and regardless of steep terrain or stairs.

Job responsibilities consist of:

• Performing all diagnostics and analysis to trouble-shoot and repair equipment in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintaining installed equipment from water softeners to reverse osmosis systems
• Completing paperwork related to tasks
• Cleaning and replacing reverse osmosis membranes
• Re-bedding filters
• Collect, log, and analyze all data related to water, resin, etc.
• Identify additional service needs and opportunities
• Assisting other employees with delivery and installation of products/equipment when scheduled
• Maintaining company vehicles, tools, and equipment
• Following all rules pertaining to safety and Water Science, water softener Park City, policies

Administrative Assistant

This job does not require previous experience. Someone that is diligent and eager to learn will be able to achieve our standard of excellence in this role.

Job responsibilities consist of:

• Answering phones and scheduling service appointments for technicians.
• Manual data entry in various software systems.
• Provide customer service support.
• Prepare and/or proof read proposals, invoices, and technical reports.
• Manage and track purchase orders, deliveries, and inventory.

Sales Representative

This position requires an individual who is self-motivated and passionate about water. More important than making the sale, Water Science, water softener Park City, cares about providing the best water solution to all who reside in Summit and Wasatch County. You will be responsible for selling our water softeners systems, reverse osmosis systems, etc.

Job responsibilities consist of:

• Visiting with customers and assessing their water treatment needs
• Listening to their needs and presenting the best water treatment solutions
• Observing and analyzing water composition
• Designing and recommending the water treatment solution that best fits the customer needs
• Building a trust-based relationship with customers that will last a lifetime as they become part of the Water Science family
• Using web-based applications to process and document the water treatment solution
